Program FAQ'S
Are sessions online or in-person?
All calls are online. Please have space where you can practice yoga and speak to the computer monitor.
What does a yoga coaching session look like?
Each session focuses on your choice of breakthrough. A coaching session is a personalized somatic yoga, meditation, and/or breath work for self-regulation. The remaining time is spent moving through personal blocks and practicing actionable items to add to your skills backpack!
What's the time commitment?
We start with an initial coaching session of 75 minutes and thereafter each session thereafter is one hour. Four coaching sessions bi-weekly via zoom calls over the course of 3 months. I understand that life happens and if sessions cannot be done bi-weekly you have a total of 6 months to use your 4 sessions.
What's included in the coaching session?
Each coaching session includes a written summary of the recording, 'home play' to further your self-awareness along with a personalized practice to meet your current needs...AND of course individualized coaching!
Is there an app to access?
YES, All KIVA Resilience clients receive access to The Resilient Method app freebie skills.

Can I get a refund?
No. If an unexpected situation comes up, client cases will be evaluated to determine the appropriate course of action best for both parties.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! You have the options to pay in full or may opt to pay monthly.
