Yoga therapy can help you deepen clarity, gain confidence, answer questions and provide the necessary guidance for personal empowerment. Resilience begins with a private, designed for daily home practice tailored to your individual or small group needs.

Hey Grown Ups, Resilient Spark Yoga did not forget about you! We just put the wee one's first since the youngin's are typically not in attendance at yoga studios. And yet, there is one thing you could learn from a child's curious mind. Do you remember how to play? RSY music and movement studio's vision encourages sensory learning, active movement, and curious exploration within every group session in order for students to discover their own resilient skill set. With RSY, somatics is taught as a path to self-awareness, improved movement, and a pathway to both mental and emotional clarity. Above all, RSY Studio teaches compassionate yoga for your body!
