Welcome to Reiki
Crystal Journeying Compliment your Reiki session with Crystal Dream Journeying! Prior to a session, the practitioner and client discuss setting an intention for your journey. Crystal journeying may locate and dissolve challenges, manifesting in the now, that have their roots in another time and place. Oftentimes a past or parallel lifetime is uncovered related to unresolved or emotional trauma.
Lying within a mandala design of crystals, your practitioner facilitates on your behalf, a frequency bath (using crystal singing bowls) to assist a gentle shift in your active Beta brain waves (40 hertz) to a Theta wave 4-7 hertz. While experiencing a deep meditative relaxed REM state, your expanded consciousness journey occurs. In this heightened state of awareness, it is possible to experience clarity with one's initial intention, profound emotional, physical and or even spiritual healing may occur on many levels. Crystal dream journeying may bring clarity of life purpose as well as divine reconnection. |
Reiki is a non-invasive, natural energy-based approach to healing and relaxation founded in Japan by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922. This Universal (Rei) Life force (Ki) Energy tradition supports your own healing processes by affecting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Reiki is a modality that may be applied across the life spectrum- while inutero and during the birthing process, children as well as adults benefit from this gently effective technique. Reiki has also been known as a technique to calm animals and is has proven effective with both the plant and mineral kingdoms. Dr. Usui told his students: "If you live your life according to these five principles, you will lead a fulfilled life."
According to the Center for Reiki Research, Reiki is a method of stress reduction that also promotes healing. It is administered by laying-on hands. Lay practitioners have used it for more than 90 years, and its popularity is growing. A study done in 2007 by the National Health Interview Survey indicates that 1.2 million adults and 161,000 children received one or more sessions of energy healing therapy such as Reiki in the previous year. According to the American Hospital Association, in 2007, 15% or over 800 American hospitals offered Reiki as part of hospital services.
